Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Zhuzhfinance.
These Terms apply to your use of the Zhuzhfinance mobile application, website, and related services provided by Zhuzh Limited, referred to in this document as “Zhuzh”.
By using Zhuzh, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
What Zhuzh Does
Zhuzh is a personal finance organization and guidance app. It helps users record, organize, and understand their finances with AI-assisted insights, explanations and recommendations.
Zhuzh is intended to support better money awareness and planning. It does not replace professional financial advice.
Zhuzh may provide summaries, insights, educational explanations, and suggested next steps based on the information you provide.
However, Zhuzh does not provide regulated financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, credit advice, insurance advice, banking services, lending services or debt restructuring services. Any information shown in Zhuzh is for educational, organizational, and personal planning purposes only.
You are responsible for your own financial decisions. Before making major financial, investment, tax, debt, or legal decisions, you should consult a qualified professional.
Zhuzh works best when the information you provide is accurate. If your data is incomplete, outdated, or incorrect, the insights and summaries shown in Zhuzh may also be incomplete or incorrect.
Use and Restrictions
- Zhuzh is intended for personal use only and should not be used for any illegal or fraudulent activities.
- Users are responsible for decisions made using information entered into or generated by Zhuzh.
- Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data entered into Zhuzh.
- Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using Zhuzh, including not misusing, copying, reverse-engineering, or interfering with the Zhuzh app, website, servers, APIs, or services.
Account Creation
When creating an account, you may be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, and password
You are responsible for keeping your account information and login credentials secure.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used in a way that could harm Zhuzh, other users, or the integrity of the service.
Data Entered Into Zhuzh
You may enter personal finance information into Zhuzh, including but not limited to your available balance, income estimates, budget items, transactions, debts, savings goals, assets, account names, items and personal financial context
You retain responsibility for the accuracy of this information.
Zhuzh may use the information you enter to generate summaries, insights, budget views, financial health indicators, and other in-app experiences.
AI-Assisted Features
Zhuzh may include AI-assisted features that help explain your financial situation, summarize patterns, or suggest possible next steps.
AI-generated outputs may be imperfect, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation. They should not be treated as professional advice or guaranteed recommendations.
You should review AI-generated responses carefully before relying on them.
Zhuzh does not guarantee that AI-generated insights will always be accurate, complete, or appropriate.
Subscriptions and Payments
Zhuzh may offer free and paid features.
Paid features may include subscriptions or other enhanced services.
Where payments are required:
- Prices will be shown before purchase.
- Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled.
- Billing may be handled through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Stripe, or another payment provider.
- Cancellation rules may depend on the platform used to purchase the subscription.
- Access to paid features may continue until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
- Refunds are subject to the rules of the relevant payment provider unless otherwise required by law.
Zhuzh does not directly control refund decisions made by Apple, Google, or other third-party payment processors.
App Store Terms
Zhuzh can be downloaded through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store; your use of the app is also subject to the terms set forth by the respective app stores.

By using Zhuzh, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these ToS.
Service Availability
We aim to keep Zhuzh reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The app or website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, network issues, third-party service failures, security incidents, or technical problems outside our control. We may change, pause, remove, or improve parts of Zhuzh at any time.
Termination
You may stop using Zhuzh at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms.
- You misuse the service.
- Your account creates security, legal, or operational risk.
- It is required by law.
- Zhuzh is discontinued or part of the service.
Where possible, we will try to give notice before termination, but this may not always be possible.
