End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement applies to your use of the Zhuzh mobile application.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Zhuzh, you agree to this Agreement.
License to Use Zhuzh
Zhuzh grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal financial organization and planning.
This license does not give you ownership of Zhuzh, its software, design, content, brand, or technology.
Permitted Use
You may use Zhuzh for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to:
- Copy, sell, rent, or sublicense the app
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Interfere with the app’s security or functionality
- Use Zhuzh to commit fraud or illegal activity
- Upload harmful code or malicious content
- Access another user’s data without permission
- Misrepresent your identity or financial information
- Use automated systems to abuse the service
Account Responsibilities
If you create a Zhuzh account, you are responsible for:
- Keeping your login details secure
- All activity that happens under your account
- Providing accurate account information
- Updating your information when necessary
- Notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access
We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to protect your account credentials.
Financial Information Disclaimer
Zhuzh helps you organize and understand financial information. It may show insights, summaries, scores, suggestions, or educational guidance.
Zhuzh does not guarantee financial success, debt reduction, savings growth, improved credit score, investment returns, budget accuracy, Legal, tax, or financial outcomes
Your financial situation may change based on income, spending, debt, emergencies, inflation, market conditions, personal choices, and other factors outside Zhuzh’s control.
App Updates
We may release updates, improvements, bug fixes, or new features.
Some updates may be required for continued use of the app.
We may change, remove, or limit features at any time.
Intellectual Property
Zhuzh, including its name, logo, design, software, interface, copy, features, workflows, graphics, and content, belongs to Zhuzh Limited. You acknowledge not to use Zhuzh’s intellectual property without permission.
Third-Party Services
Zhuzh may depend on third-party services for hosting, authentication, analytics, payments, AI processing, notifications, or other functionality.
We are not responsible for interruptions, errors, data loss, or policy changes caused by third-party providers.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zhuzh and Zhuzh Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the app.
This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses, lost savings, incorrect financial decisions, data loss, service interruption, unauthorized account access, reliance on app-generated insights, AI-generated errors, and third-party provider failures.
Zhuzh is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Zhuzh if you violate this Agreement or use the app in a harmful, unlawful, or abusive way.
You may stop using Zhuzh at any time.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that should reasonably continue after the Agreement ends.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the use of the App shall be resolved through negotiation and, if required, through binding arbitration conducted by a mutually agreed-upon arbitrator.
Miscellaneous
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Zhuzh Limited regarding the use of Zhuzh. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. The failure of Zhuzh Limited to exercise any right or enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
By installing, accessing, or using the Zhuzh, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this EULA.
